Anycloud backup for Microsoft 365 – Enterprise is a managed service offering for data protection, created with the intent to safely backup and restore your Microsoft 365 data. This service provides comprehensive backup located in an IBM data centre worldwide, following a tier-system to ensure resilience and redundancy for maximum protection.
Web interface for management and restore
Arrow’s cloud backup for Microsoft 365 – Enterprise has a simple-to-use intuitive web interface consisting of three portals: management portal, restore portal and self-service restore portal including a portal to setup storage accounts and buckets for object storage.
The management portal is for administration of all organizational data and is where backups are scheduled. It is also in the management portal where retention periods are chosen – 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10 or 25 years. The restore portal is from where backups can be retrieved and restored. In addition, it is possible to restore entire folders or single files. The self-service restore portal allows end-users to create restores without relying on the IT-department.
In addition, the object storage service consists of one management system. In the management system it is possible to select data centre locations for administration of all data buckets, view data usage and set up new customers in one, easy-to-use portal.

This also ensures data centres have multiple paths for power and cooling, including redundant systems that allow maintenance without the services being offline. IBM Cloud Object Storage is certified for ISO 27001, ISO 27017, and ISO 27018. IBM Cloud Object Storage and IBM data centres are certified for SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, and SOC 3. Furthermore, the EU data centres are all GDPR compliant. We work exclusively with IBM for higher compliance and better security.
